Everything begins with you. Grab a cup of tea and have a good read through everything to make sure Pembo Studios aligns with your wedding vision. Once I receive your enquiry we’’ll discuss your venue, your vision, the flowers you've chosen, the feeling you want your guests to have the moment they hold that first envelope. The more I know, the more personal I can make everything.
Project Proposal
After receiving your form I'll translate everything we've discussed into a bespoke project proposal timelines, pricing, chosen suite, process and a mood board. Colours, typography, illustration direction and overall aesthetic. A first glimpse of your world beginning to take shape.
Initial sketches
From the mood board, initial concept sketches explore the look and feel of your suite.
Design and refinement
With your feedback guiding every decision, I'll design each piece, refining until everything feels exactly right. You'll have up to four rounds of revisions because getting it right matters more than getting it done quickly.
Venue illustration and couples logo
Your original venue illustration and bespoke couples logo are woven into the suite from the very beginning, so every piece feels cohesive, considered and unmistakably yours.
Final files delivered
Your completed suite arrives as organised, clearly labelled print-ready files alongside a curated print guide with trusted printer recommendations so your stationery looks exactly as it was designed to.
